The Problem

AI should be easy to use.

Your work should stay yours. People want help with writing, research, documents and routine work. They do not want to become AI engineers. They also need control over private information and cost. Many tools make that control hard to understand or configure.

Our Solution

Our team was tasked to make private AI usable. We designed an AI workspace harness for AI conversations, documents and image generation with Apple-like simplicity: clear choices, plain language and little clutter. People without technical experience can use it for familiar work. For simplicity, we made it plug-and-play by preloading the best local models on a super-fast portable drive. The software runs on the user's computer and supports offline work. The offer is simple: buy it once and run it locally.

We also built foundations for VaultAI Enterprise: research, document analysis and controlled AI-agent workflows on infrastructure the organization owns.

Built to Operate

• A workspace that’s easy to use. Conversations, documents and agent tasks share clear navigation and visible actions. Users do not need to understand the machinery to get started.
• Models that fit the machine. We took the guesswork out of setup by building service startup, model storage and loading controls that account for available memory and storage.
• Private document search. We built local text extraction, embeddings and retrieval. Searches can stay within a project, and answers can point back to source files.
• AI review of AI answers. Multiple models grade and compare candidate responses. A moderator selects among the finalists.
• Agents with limits. We built workflows with tool permissions, checks, bounded review-and-fix cycles and approval gates for consequential commands. These are foundations for controlled enterprise automation.
• Checked software updates. Hashes and signatures verify update packages. Releases are tied to the source code that produced them.

The Value

People can work with private documents without sending them to a cloud AI service. They get a clear interface, local, private operation and complete ownership. Enterprise work follows the same principle: useful AI on infrastructure the organization controls.
